LSA is committed to helping girls develop the skills to compete at the highest levels in this challenging but rewarding game. Our coaches are dedicated to creating strong values in sportsmanship, teamwork and developing self-confidence in each player, both on and off the field. We strive to help each of our players utilize softball as a catalyst to build a strong personal foundation in character, integrity and self-discipline – and to have fun while learning!

LSA was founded by women who love softball and want to help girls achieve a high level of play and build a legacy of personal empowerment – something that can be elusive for girls. We strongly emphasize core values, mastering the mental game, accountability and safe physical training. Our training model emphasizes all facets of growth and development by implementing solid fundamentals, exceptional skills and a strong work ethic. We are confident that the discipline learned through a positive softball experience will extend into their daily lives, and the success they achieve from hard work and persistence through adversity will teach life lessons that perpetuate far beyond the diamond.
